## Discrepancy

STARTER GENERATOR WAS RECEIVED, AS WILL NOT STAY ON LINE.  DURING PRELIMINARY INSP, THE DRIVE END BEARING HAD BEEN NOTED TO HAD FAILED, CAUSING THE FAULT INDICATED.  DAMAGE TO THE STATOR AND ARMATURE NOTED AFTER DISASSEMBLY OF THE STARTER.
