## Discrepancy

VERTICAL STABILIZER LT DRAG ANGLES FWD & AFT AT REAR SPAR 57.5% ARE CRACKED.  CUT & REMOVED APPROX 1.5 FROM EACH ANGLE.  REPAIRED ANGLES BY FABRICATING FILLERS & DOUBLERS.  INSTALLED IAW REO 670-55-31-081 DATED 09 MAR 16.
