## Discrepancy

BS 280 FLOORBEAM CRACKED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLOORBEAM IAW SRM 51-42-21, 51-42-13, 51-42-06, 53-11-41.  NDT PERFORMED.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.
