CENTER BAG BAY DOOR FWD COUNTER BALANCE ARM UPPER HARNESS PROTECTOR CRACKED.  CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED CENTER BAG BAY DOOR HARNESS PROTECTOR (P/N:LE670-39725-1) IAW AMM 20-21-00.
