AT THE TOP OF CLIMB, A ZONE 3 FIRE INDICATION APPEARED.  FOLLOWED PRECAUTIONARY ENG SHUTDOWN & FIRE BOTTLES WERE DISCHARGED.  WHILE PERFORMING MX, TECHNICIAN VISUALLY VERIFIED RT FWD FIRE BOTTLE FAILED TO DISCHARGE.
