NR 4 ENG PYLON, UPPER AFT MOUNT FOUND WITH SURFACE CORROSION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 ENGINE AFT UPPER ENGINE MOUNT AS PER AMM 71-21-04 REV 84.
