DURING FLIGHT, CREW REPORTED ROUGH ENGINE.  TROUBLESHOOTING BY MECHANIC BELIEVE RELATED TO MAGNETO NOT FIRING AT ATTITUDE.  RETURNED TO MANUFACTURE FOR WARRANTY AND INSPECTION OF INTERNAL PARTS FOR POSSIBLE FAILURE.
