## Discrepancy

ENGINE WILL NOT SHUT DOWN IN IDLE CUT OFF.  RPM JUMPS FROM 250 RPM TO 400 RPM.  BELIEVE DIAPHRAM DOES NOT SEAT TO CUT OFF FUEL FLOW.
