## Discrepancy

DURING GROUND RUN UP OUTPUT OF ENGNE DRIVEN DRY AIR PUMP FAILED TO PUT OUT PROPER PRESSURE AT IDLE RPM.  RAN AIRCRAFT UP AND AIR PRESSURE STILL LOW AT HIGHER RPM.  DRY AIR PUMP SHAFT SHEARED.
