## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED THAT THE STROBE LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE.  TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM AND DISCOVERED THE STROBE LIGHT FAILED.  REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER.
