## Discrepancy

DAY - FLT 4026 - AFTER TAKING THE RUNWAY AND AS POWER WAS ADVANCED THE PUT BLEED SHUTOFF VALVE FAILED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT LP BLEED VALVE.  THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED WITH FURTHER INCIDENTS.  (M)
