## Discrepancy

DURING TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT HAND PACK FAILED AND THE CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF.  THE CREW THEN RESET THE SYSTEM AND WERE CLEARED FOR ANOTHER TAKEOFF ATTEMPT.  FLIGHT 4019 THEN DEPARTED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.
