CREW REPORTED A FLAPS HALF SPEED ADVISORY MESSAGE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT HAND MOTOR BRAKE UNIT.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE PERFORMED.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
