CREW REPORTED A LT COWL ANTI-ICE CAUTION MESSAGE.  ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MX, USING THE MM RE-SET AND TESTED THE LT ANTI-ICE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE.  ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
