AT CLT, WITH POWER ON AIRCRAFT, LEFT WINDSHIELD ARCED TO STANDBY COMPASS FROM SUNVISOR.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED, RESET POPPED CIRCUIT BREAKER, REMOVED AND REPLACED STANDBY COMPASS AND MOUNT BRACKET AND PERFORMED CHECKS USING AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUALS.  AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
