## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED LEFT WINDSHIELD WIPER CAME APART AFTER TAKEOFF FROM PHL.  CREW RETURNED TO PHL AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED, REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPTAIN’S WIPER BLADE ASSEMBLY AND PERFORMED CHECKS USING AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUALS.  AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
