CREW REPORTED LEFT BLEED DUCT RED MESSAGE.  MADE AN EMERGENCY DESCENT, DIVERTED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MX INSPECTED AND FOUND LT BLEED LOOP B TO HAVE HIGH RESISTANCE.  MX R & R INSULATOR AND PERFORMED CHECKS IAW ACFT MM.  ACFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
