CREW REPORTED RT EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ON FORWARD CABIN BULKHEAD INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT.  R & R THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT HOUSING ASSY AND PERFORMED CHECKS IAW THE AMM.   THE ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
