STEERING INOPERABLE CAUTION MESSAGE.  THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, PROCEEDED TO DESTINATION AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE PERFORMED CHECKS AND SYS RESET WITH CREW IAW THE AMM.  THE ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
