## Discrepancy

REAR PRESSURE BULKHEAD WEB AROUND THE LINTEL ATTACHMENT FITTING FAILED NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING.  MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A MAJOR REPAIR TO PRESSURE BULKHEAD WEB FS621, LINTEL INSTALLATION AND PERFORMED CHECKS IAW THE AMM.  THE ACFT CONTINUES HEAVY CHECK MAINTENANCE.
