SERVICE DOOR SQUEALED AFTER TAKEOFF.  CREW RETURNED TO FIELD AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED, FERRIED ACFT TO NEAREST MAINTENANCE FACILITY.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPAIRED THE SERVICE DOOR SEAL.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  CLEARED FERRY AND CW O/S INSPECTION.
