## Discrepancy

CABIN TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM INOPERATIVE,  SMOKE IN MID CABIN.   THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT, REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE AND PERFORMED CHECKS IAW THE AMM.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
