## Discrepancy

BS 409+128,  BL 0 VERTICAL POST RT SIDE HAS A CRACK INDICATION NOTED IN THE AFT FLANGE RADIUS AT WL 69 .150 INCHES LONG BY 50% FSH.  FAILED NDT.  INSTALLED A NEW VERTICAL POST IAW SRM 51-42-06, AND REO 601R-53-41-889, REV B.
