## Discrepancy

WHILE IN CRUISE, CREW RECEIVED A NO STARTER CUTOUT MESSAGE.  THE CREW RAN THE QRH WHICH ADVISED THEM TO LAND AT THE NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED AND LANDED WITH OUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE SWAPPED SPEED SWITCHES, CHECK GOOD.
