THE CREW RECEIVED A STEERING INOP CAUTION MESSAGE. THEY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THE TRUCKS ROLLED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TAXI TO THE GATE ON THEIR OWN.  PROBLEM DID NOT REOCCUR
