CREW REPORTED DURING CLIMB AROUND FL330 RECEIVING A CAB ALT MESSAGE. CREW ADVISED ATC OF THE SITUATION DID AN EMERGENCY DESCENT AND RETURNED TO DSM.   R&R OUTFLOW VALVE.
