CREW RECEIVED WING ANTI-ICE CAUTION MESSAGE. THEY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO CLT.  MAINTENANCE RESECURED THE WIRE BUNDLE FOR THE INBOARD WING ANTI-ICE TEMP SENSOR. OPS CHECK GOOD
