CREW RECEIVED STEERING INOP CAUTION MSG WHEN LANDING IN CLT.  ATC DECLARED EMERGENCY FOR CREW AND ROLLED TRUCKS.  FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TAXIED TO GATE. MX REPLACED NOSEWHEEL STEERING MANIFOLD. OPS CHECK GOOD.
