## Discrepancy

DURING AN OCF FLIGHT FOR A FLAPS FAIL MESSAGE CREW RECEIVED THE SAME MESSAGE. THEY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  R&R RH INBD FLAP ACTUATOR, OPS CHECK GOOD.
