## Discrepancy

AT V1 THE CA FELT THE AIRCRAFT LOSE POWER ON LT ENGINE.  CONTINUED TAKEOFF AND INCREASED POWER.  POWER SEEMED TO FLUCTUATE.  ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY.  RETURNED TO FIELD AND LANDED NORMALLY. MX REPLACED FUEL CONTROL. OPS CHECK GOOD.
