## Discrepancy

GEAR DISAGREE WARNING MSG AFTER TAKEOFF RETURN TO FIELD. ALL THREE INDICATED DOWN AND GREEN, DID NOT GET ANY GEAR RETRACTION OR MOVEMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR LEVER. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
