CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN WITH THE APU RUNNING. THIS WAS THE FIRST FLIGHT OF THE DAY WITH NO PASSENGERS ON BOARD. MX DEFERRED RH PACK.MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RH ACM. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. CLEARED MEL.
