## Discrepancy

IN FLIGHT THE CAPTAINS SIDE WINDSHIELD HEAT TERMINAL BLOCK BEGAN TO SMOKE AND STRONG ELECTRICAL BURNING. REMOVED AND REPLACED WINDSHIELD (LH) IAW CRJ 900 AMM. LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
