## Discrepancy

STEERING INOP CAUTION MSG IN FLIGHT, EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE FIELD.  TROUBLESHOT NLG STEERING SYSTEM FOUND KINK IN WIRE HARNESS, REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PROXIMITY SENSOR HARNESS ASSY, OPS CHECK GOOD.
