## Discrepancy

UPON ARRIVAL TO AIRPLANE THAT WAS NOT POWERED A STRONG CHEMICAL/BURNING SMELL WAS PRESENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER DIMMER UNIT IAW CRJ 700 AMM33-21-09-000/400-801. OPS CHECK GOOD.
