ENROUTE TO CVG THE CREW SAW A CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD AND GOT A WINDSHIELD HEAT CAUTION MESSAGE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RH WINDSHIELD IAW CRJ-900 AMM 56-11-01-000/400-801-A01-PSA. COMPLETED FINIAL TORQUE CHECK, SEALED AND COMPLETED OPS CHECK (OPS CHECK GOOD)
