BLENDING OVER FASTENERS IS NOT PERMITED, (18) EACH BLIND NUTPLATE RIVETS WERE R&R AND BLENDED AREAS WERE ALODINED PRIMED AND PAINTED IAW CRJ700 SRM 51-42-15-001-001-A01, 51-21-11-001-001-A01, 51-25-06-001-001-A01, 51-25-01-001-001-A01-PSA AND REF 53-00-45-201-001-A01 FOR ALLOWABLE BLEND DEPTH.
