ELEVATOR STRUCK BY DE-ICE TRUCK DAMAGE OCCURRED / INSTALLED SERVICEABLE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ASSY IAW  AMM 27-40-00-400-801-A02. REPLACED LH ELEVATOR IAW CRJ 700 AMM 27-34-01-000/400-801. ALL OP CHECKS GOOD.
