## Discrepancy

BURNING PLASTIC SMELL DURING CRUISE AND DECENT IN FWD GALLEY AREA AND FLIGHT DECK. GALLEY HEATER WAS OFF. COFFEE MAKERS NOT IN USE. BOTH PACKS ON. RECIRC FANS ON.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH NR 1 & 2 DISPLAY COOL FANS IAW AMM 21-24-12-000/400-801. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
