## Discrepancy

GEAR DISAGREE WARNING ON TAKE WITH LDG GEAR LEVER UP.   REMOVED AND REPLACED JB-10 PCB-5 IAW AMM 24-05-11-000/400-801-A01. OPS TEST GOOD AT THIS TIME. PERFORMED EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF NLG AND MLGS IAW AMM 32-30-865-801-A01. CYCLED 10 TIMES AND FAULTS/MSGS DID NOT REAPPEAR.
