SUSPECT RH OUTBOARD BRAKE LOCKED UP DURING PUSHBACK / INSP BRAKE ASSY IAW CRJ-900 AMM 32-43-26-210-801-PSA. FOUND SHEARED PUCK MATERIAL.REMOVED AND REPLACED RH OB BRAKE UNIT IAW CRJ 900 AMM32-43-26-000/400-A02-PSA, OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
