INTERCOSTAL ON FWD SIDE OF FS 1051 ON STR 12L FOUND TO BE CRACKED IN RADIUS.  REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW SERVICEABLE INTERCOSTAL AT BS 1051, STR 12L IAW SRM 51-42-21-001-001-A01 & 51-23-00-001-001-A01.
