## Discrepancy

LEFT ENGINE DE-ICE FAILED, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE FIELD WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE EJECTOR FLOW CONTROL VALVE, OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.
