A-HYDRAULIC QUANTITY LOW WARNING MESSAGE ILLUMINATED, DURING THE TAXI OUT FOR TAKEOFF.  THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND SERVICED THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH DORNIER MAINTENANCE MANUAL 12-12-10.
