ACCOMPLISHED ULTRA SOUND FOR THICKNESS AND HFEC FOR FURTHER CORROSION OR CRACKS. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. REPAIR COMPLETED PER REO 690-53-41-192 REV (B).
