## Discrepancy

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE WE RECEIVED IT NEW FROM THE ROBINSON HELICOPTER FACTORY ON 7/30/2026. DURING ITS FIRST 100HR INSPECTION WHILE PREFORMING LYCOMING SB-388, ALL 8 PUSH RODS AND ALL 8 ROCKER ARMS WERE FOUND TO HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT AND INTENSITY OF GALLING AS WE DID WHEN WE INSPECTED THEM AT 18.5 ACTT, AT WHICH POINT WE INSTALLED ALL NEW 15F28835-30 PUSH RODS AND 17F19357 ROCKER ARMS THAT WERE SENT FROM ROBINSON. WE CHECKED VALVE LASH AND THEY WERE WITHIN SPECIFICATION BUT ON THE TIGHT END. WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH LYCOMING TO RESOLVE THIS REOCCURRING ISSUE AND FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS TO COME IN.
