FLT NR 6383 - CMH-IAD - DURING TAKEOFF, ABORTED THE TAKEOFF DUE TO THE ENGINE DID NOT MAKE TARGET TAKEOFF TORQUE.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.  MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED SCREW X ON THE FUEL CONTROL.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.  (M)
