FLT NR 6485 - IAD-JFK - ABORTED THE TAKEOFF DUE TO THE TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION WARNING SYSTEM ACTIVATING.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.  MAINTENANCE CLEANED THE PARKING BRAKE MICROSWITCH.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.  (M)
