FLT NR 6420 - PWM-IAD - ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO THE TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION WARNING SYSTEM ACTIVATING.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO PWM WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.  MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE GUST LOCK HANDLE MICROSWITCH.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.  (M)
