FLT NR 6290 - IAD-DAY - ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO THE TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION WARNING ACTIVATING.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.  MX ADJUSTED THE GUSTLOCK HANDLE MICROSWITCH.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.  (M)
